PTFE
Broadest chemical resistance of anything we run. Used for flange gaskets, envelopes, and encapsulated O-rings in aggressive chemical service.
EPDM
Steam, hot water, and many acids and caustics. A common choice for manlid and dustcap gaskets on food and chemical loads.
FKM / Viton
Fuels, oils, and high temperature chemical service where EPDM will not hold up. Good compression set over a long desired service life.
Buna-N
Economical general purpose sealing for petroleum based products and standard trailer hardware.
Silicone
Wide temperature range with FDA compliant options for food grade and sanitary transport.
Specialty Compounds
Metal detectable, low temperature, and custom durometer compounds specified against your product and temperature profile.
Technical
Seals and gaskets are not the same thing
Both prevent leaks, but they do different work. A gasket is a static seal compressed between two flat faces such as a flange joint or a manlid. A seal handles movement, so it has to hold against a part that turns, slides, or cycles open and closed.
That distinction drives the compound and the cross section. A manlid gasket that gets opened and closed hundreds of times needs different compression set behavior than a flange gasket that gets torqued once and left alone. We size and specify both.

Send a drawing, a CAD model, or the worn part itself. We measure it, produce the tooling or program, and quote both prototype and production quantities.
